Russian drone strike on Ukrainian port city kills 3, injures 11

KIEV — At least three people were killed and 11 others injured in a Russian drone strike on the southern Ukrainian port city of Izmail on Friday morning, Odesa Governor Oleh Kiper said.

The attack damaged private residences, apartment buildings and other structures.

Several fires broke out after the strike, but were later extinguished.

The Russian forces launched three missiles and 32 Shahed drones at Ukraine in the latest attack, said the Ukrainian Air Force.
